Select New From Template

In the New command toolbar, click the folder icon to bring up the Open dialog. If there is no folder icon, then use the drop-down arrow next to the New button to select the folder you want to open.

Python scrapy: How to get Scrapy to find HTML elements by class and ID?

I am working on a project to scrape a news website. The website returns several news items, each in their own div element. I am trying to read the title, and assign the src from the source tag. I need to make a scrapy spider that will find all the class and ID values of the HTML elements, and assign the values to variables.
My code below is currently returning this error:
AttributeError: ‘Response’ object has no attribute ‘cssselect’
I am not sure how to get this spider to find the tags. Thank you for your help!
