– Character cards: Players start with character cards, one per player.
– Enemy cards: Players may include a number of enemy cards in the game. Enemy cards can be added to any scenario or campaign.
– Scenario cards: Each scenario card will include up to three characters and up to four Enemy cards. Scenario cards are meant to be played at the end of a game. You are free to deploy any character(s) and enemies from the Scenario card to the current game scenario. Each Scenario Card (including its Conflict cards) is intended to play out separately, without players affecting other players’ scenarios.
– Victory card: The winner of the game receives a Victory card, which has a value determined by their performance in the game.
World/Scenario cards:
Each scenario card can be combined with one world card and one or more scenario cards to create a World card. The composition of the world card determines the set of conflict cards that are added to the scenario. There are a total of 32 unique world cards, each of which has a unique set of 4 Conflict cards. In the rules, we refer to the world as a whole as the “World.” Each scenario will always have a corresponding game world.
– World cards: Each world card will include one of four different scenarios. When activated, each scenario adds a set of 3 Conflict cards to the game. Each scenario is unique, and their unique Conflict cards will not be present in any other scenario.
