One of the most popular game genre in Roblox is different kinds of Raids. Roblox Raids vary from fighting zombies in arenas, discovering secret lairs, competing in boss battles and defeating deadly enemies in the sky. We found this game to be a lot of fun, despite some of it seems overly complicated and difficult, so we were happy to share some tips on how to make sure you don’t fall to easy defeat. Like zombie-building guides, here are some tips on how to play a Roblox Raids.

The Basics

In Roblox Raids, you will find people (or other Roblox avatars) attacking you. You will destroy them, kill them and it will keep on going until you destroy them.

You will always take on the role of the lead. While it might be odd, it does make sense. Your character will be the most affected when it comes to the power and mobility of the powers, whether it is on-screen or in-game.

You will be able to attack. You will be able to dodge. You will be able to move around. You will be able to jump. You will also be able to use abilities, that will allow you to jump, dash, turn or heal yourself.

You will also be able to use weapons. These will be used to attack enemies and will do some sort of damage. Some of them could work by triggering different events, such as flamethrowers, but usually they have the standard attack.

In the boxes that pop-up over your head, you will see an item, a shield, a sword or something else. You will also be able to see the weapon and shield of the baddy. You can always click on the enemy’s costume to see what you are attacking.

You have an inventory. You have a shield, a sword, an axe, a bow, a gun and other abilities. This is to save you from getting your items destroyed.

Defense

You will always have a shield, while it is not always available you can only be hit by enemies while it is active.

You can attack while you are moving, but in most cases you want to keep your distance. Only move when you are dodging or attacking.

You can be hit from the back, by running into the back of an enemy.
