In a retro-futuristic setting, you’re a cyborg (played by you) fighting against mercenaries and the police. You have to get a secret package in order to be the best assassin in the world!

There is a place known as the Arcadian or the Pastoral State. People who venture there usually don’t come back because they have had their fill of leisure and comfort. In fact, it is a place for those who have had their fill of everything and everybody.
Spiders exist in large numbers in the Arcadian State. It is not uncommon for one to be reported outside of a local home or business. This is cause for concern because it is believed that these spiders are somehow connected to an extraterrestrial civilization that makes its presence known on Earth. The chittering of the spiders resembles the extraterrestrial language that these aliens speak, and their appearance makes it seem as if they are mimicking us. However, when they move and run around they seem to have their own will of their own. The Arcadian Council believes that the spiders are somehow part of some alien plan to spread across the planet. And the reports of sightings and encounters with these creatures seems to be on the rise. The Arcadian Council has named the title of this game after a certain benevolent and kindly Archadian which is featured in the illustrations of Thomas Cole in his famous paintings.

The distribution of beta AP was estimated by cytoarchitectonic analysis of cerebral cortex, hippocampal formation and caudoputamen, and by immunohistochemical analysis of beta AP in hippocampus. The neuronal cell loss in the above three regions was compared between gerbils with transient forebrain ischemia (TRI) and sham operation. The distribution of beta AP in the gerbils with TRI was also compared among gerbils treated with glucose-lowering agents (experimental groups) and gerbils with TRI and diabetes mellitus (DM) and treated with glucose (control groups). Experimental groups showed significantly less severe neuronal cell loss in all three regions than did the control group. The glucose-lowering agents had no significant effects on neuronal cell loss. Beta AP immunoreactivity was observed in all cells in all three regions of experimental groups. Beta AP immunoreactivity was much more intense in the hippocampal CA1 field and dentate gyrus of the experimental groups than in those of the control group. Beta AP immunoreactivity in the CA1 field of the hippocampus was more numerous and more intense in the experimental group with more severe neuronal cell loss than in the other experimental groups with milder neuronal cell loss. Although the present experiment has demonstrated that treatment with glucose-lowering agents prevents neuronal cell loss after ischemic injury, it does not appear that the glucose-lowering treatment has any direct effect on the release or distribution of beta AP in the gerbil brain after ischemia
