The combat was also pretty strong. There was a lot of direction and options to do different things in the fight. The character who was chosen to start out was also relatively powerful, but once you unlocked new skills you could level up to a level where you would be on par with the two other characters. Even though all the characters had their own unique strengths, everyone had their own weaknesses and could also level up to weak spots. It was also possible to open up the foes with a certain kind of blow or special attack, but using those skills would require some preparation in advance, and the character needed to get a certain amount of HP first.
