The nation’s 12 largest banks on Monday said they will spend hundreds of millions of dollars to help mortgage borrowers refinance their home loans and qualify for new government-backed mortgage loans.

The WAP 2.0 document defines the value for the content-type meta tag as “application/vnd.wap.xhtml+xml”. This is now supported by Firefox.
In XHTML 1.0 (and 1.1) this is specified as “application/xhtml+xml” where this has been changed to “application/vnd.wap.xhtml+xml”.
