How to use Your Workout Planner
To begin with, open Your Workout Planner and hit the start button.
Fill in the information that you plan to use for your workouts, whether you use multiple repetitions and sets or there is only one set and one rep for each exercise.
Your Workout Planner has seven different workouts for different days of the week.
Choose which day you plan to work out from the five-day plan that you can view on the main screen.
Tap the exercise button in each row to change the weight or the number of reps or sets.
Note: Your Workout Planner will remind you when the time is running out to work out.
If you’re not feeling like the workout is enough, you can set up an automatic workout journal for a particular day.
Choose the workout you want to record the automatic journal for, and tap the journal button. Your Workout Planner will record all of your workouts for that day in the journal.
If you choose to use manual workouts on a specific day, the app’s first reminder will be recorded in the journal.
If you choose to use automatic workouts for a certain day, the app will try to automatically record one each hour.
If the workout time limit is reached before you have completed a set, the workout will be automatically recorded in the journal, but you can also manually record it if you want to.
For all of your workouts, you will get the progress you made in your journal.
If you manage to get all of the repetitions right, it will be noted as a 5.
If you fail to reach a certain repetition, it will be noted as a 4.
